The Tocqueville Society & Keel Club Create Lasting Difference

The United Way Tocqueville Society was formed in March 1984. The society is named after renowned French political philosopher Alexis de Tocqueville who admired three elements in North American society: liberty, equality and the spirit of neighbor helping neighbor. To be part of the United Way of Charlotte County Tocqueville Society, our contributors make exceptional gifts of $10,000 or more. 

The Keel Club recognizes generous supporters who contribute at six levels:
Admiral $5,000+
Commodore $2,500+
Captain $1,500+
Commander $1,000+
Lieutenant $750+
Midshipman $500+
