United Way of Charlotte County (UWCC) partners with health and human service agencies that address needs in the community and meet certain organizational standards. UWCC invests in programs that advance the common good in the areas of Educational Success, Financial Stability, Health and Well-being, and Basic Needs.

Collecting and compiling data from funded agencies is part of UWCC's oversight process. The links below provide a glimpse into the great work being done for Charlotte County residents by currently funded health and human service agencies.
2022-2024 Program Grant Cycle
United Way of Charlotte County (UWCC) announces the opening of its 2022-2024 grant cycle for BOCC and COPG funding, timeline and relevant links below. (Community Collaboration grant applications are on hold at this time.) Please note that agencies applying for funding through the City of Punta Gorda must only use that funding to serve residents of zip codes 33950 and 33955.
