The Mosaic Company Foundation will be matching its Goals for Food contribution for the 2019-2020 NHL season for a total of $200,000. The money will be distributed to 14 food banks across six local counties. Harry Chapin Food Bank's contribution will be designated to food kits distributed to Charlotte County for families in need due to COVID-19.
The Goals for Food program links success of the Tampa Bay Lightening to helping food insecure families in the region. Mosaic donates $500 per goal scored by each Lightening player during each home game and $5,000 for every hat trick.
